The rules that apply when you buy from LEAF AU — written to be read, not to hide behind.

Age requirement (18+)

Our products are for adults only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that it is lawful for you to buy tobacco products at your delivery address.

We may ask for proof of age, or cancel and refund an order where we cannot confirm eligibility. Supplying tobacco to a minor is an offence.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for the accuracy of the details on your account. Let us know straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Products, descriptions and availability

We work to keep product names, images, prices and stock levels accurate. Even so, descriptions and packaging can change between batches, and stock moves quickly. The product page is the current source of truth.

If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial refund, or a full refund for that item.

Pricing and currency

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the amounts shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout — free on orders of AUD $200 or more, AUD $15.99 below that.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have completed checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when checkout completes successfully and we issue your order confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we cannot confirm you meet the age requirement.

Payment

We accept the payment methods described on our Payment Methods page: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit or debit cards, processed through our secure checkout.

Payment is captured when your order is placed. We never see or store your full card number. Always pay through the checkout on this website — we will never ask you to send money to a bank account, wallet or gift card by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery

We dispatch within 48 hours of payment confirmation and deliver Australia-wide with Australia Post tracking. Free on orders of AUD $200 or more. Full detail, including estimated delivery windows and what happens if a parcel is delayed, is in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our Return Policy explains change-of-mind returns, faulty or damaged items, and what we do if a parcel never arrives. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Health warning

Tobacco products are harmful to your health and are addictive. They are sold strictly to adults aged 18 and over. Quitting is one of the best things you can do for your health — support is available from your GP or Quitline on 13 7848.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and images we have produced — belongs to us or is used with permission. Brand names shown on product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods being sold. You may not copy or republish our content without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including the consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over the place where our business is registered, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
