Free Australia-wide delivery on orders over AUD $200 — packed within 48 hours and tracked with Australia Post from our warehouse to your door.

Shipping rates

Every order is sent with Australia Post tracking. There is one flat rate and one free-shipping threshold — no handling fees, no fuel surcharges, no surprises at checkout.

Processing and dispatch times

We pick, pack and hand your parcel to Australia Post within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Most orders leave the same or next business day.

• Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
• If your bank or payment provider needs to verify a payment, dispatch starts once that clears.
• You receive a dispatch email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Estimated delivery times

These are the times you can expect after dispatch, not after you place the order:

These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Peak periods, weather and public holidays can add time.

Tracking every order

Your Australia Post tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch and is always visible in My Orders — you can follow the parcel yourself rather than waiting for updates.

Australia Post scans can take a few hours to appear after dispatch. If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Discreet packaging

Orders leave in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The sender name and label do not describe the contents, so nothing about your order is visible to anyone handling the parcel.

Tobacco products themselves carry the health warnings required by Australian law. Those warnings are on the product, not on the outside of your parcel.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver Australia-wide and do not ship outside Australia. Please check that your address, unit number and postcode are correct before submitting — we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with Australia Post.

Orders with incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible delivery details may be held or cancelled before dispatch. If that happens we contact you to fix it rather than sending the parcel to the wrong place.

Age check at delivery

These are tobacco products, so the person receiving the parcel must be 18 or over. The carrier may ask for proof of age at the door, and a parcel cannot be handed to anyone under 18.

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody of legal age is available to receive it, the parcel may be returned to us. Tell us your order number and we will refund the goods as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

1. Check your tracking link and your My Orders page first.
2. Contact us with your order number and, for damage, a photograph of the parcel and its contents.
3. Keep the packaging until we have resolved the issue.

Changing your delivery address

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address. We can amend it while the order is still being packed; once it has been handed to the carrier the address can no longer be changed.
